Nursing care _
Excellence at the service of each patient
_
Constantly striving for quality in order to meet our patients’ needs and expectations, the Clinique de La Source takes pride in perpetuating our traditions of hospitality and quality treatment that compel us to surpass ourselves in every area.
In the context of the Clinique’s role as a medical establishment, taking care of a patient implies paying special attention to a person as well to his family, who is in a particular situation, with the aim to help him find his balance and harmony, to promote his well-being, as well as calling on him to use his inner resources.
Taken from the Concept of nursing care, Clinique de La Source, 1998

All the Clinic's nursing care departments _
The Clinic's nursing care is also in charge of the following departments:
Student supervision
Nursing at the Clinique de La Source consists of Swiss University of Applied Sciences (HES) clinical nurse trainers. They coach and provide both individual and group supervision for nursing students during their internships in the 6 hospital units, the maternity ward, intensive care, recovery room and in the outpatient centre, together with the head nurse responsible for in-service training and development. Practical training is designed on competence based approach which includes a taxonomy of the student’s level in reference to the HES training course
Parallel to the services offered by the Swiss University of Applied Sciences (HES) clinical nurse trainers, the student benefits from daily supervision by qualified nursing staff throughout his or her internship.
